Seller billing & VAT

Configure the legal seller printed on invoice PDFs:

Legal company name, company number, billing email / phone
Registered address and country
Tax ID (VAT/GST) and scheme
Domestic rate override, EU OSS, and extra digital-services registrations

For Stripe / PayPal / other non-MoR gateways, Krikkit applies place-of-supply rules (domestic, destination, reverse charge, OSS) and stores subtotal + tax on the invoice.

For Whop / Paddle (merchant of record), tax is calculated by the provider at checkout. Invoice PDFs note that tax was collected and remitted by the MoR. See Payment Gateways.

Buyers can store company name, company number, VAT/tax ID, and address on their billing profile; those fields appear on PDFs when present.

Admins can generate a sample invoice from Finance → Billing to preview PDF layout without a real charge.
